Problem
The manufacturer took orders over chat: no catalogue, dealer prices by hand, cash only.
Solution
- 01Payme & Click payments with fiscal (MXIK) codes and webhook confirmation.
- 02Dealer (B2B) tier with its own pricing, profiles and partnership module.
- 03Admin back-office with cascading CPU/GPU/RAM filters and a restricted “admin_mini” role.
- 04QR-based authenticity checks and 3D product views.
Outcome
Chat ordering replaced by a self-service store where both retail customers and dealers pay online.
